1180 Peachtree St.

1180 Peachtree, colloquially known as 'the Batman Building' for it's interesting crown was completed in 2006. It is a centerpiece to Atlanta's modern Midtown Skyline and has created a great pedestrian friendly area at the corner of Peachtree St. and 14th St. At 657 Feet tall, it is a LEED-Gold Certified building that houses many prominent Atlanta-area law firms. The Midtown Skyline

For a long time Atlanta has had many distinct skylines - Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Perimeter, Vinings, etc. Over the past few years Atlanta has focused on merging two of the biggest ones downtown and midtown. Once complete, the midtown mile will create a massive skyline spanning most of Atlanta, offering some spectacular and dramatic views from many vantage points. Below is a picture of the midtown skyline taken just a few days ago from Spire.

100 Sixth Street

Novare is currently building a 23-story tower on the corner of Sixth Street and Juniper in Midtown Atlanta. The building is the second of Novare's SkyHouse luxury apartments series. The building is directly adjacent to Atlanta's prominent Viewpoint condominium building. It will also include retail and a rooftop pool and amenities deck. Expected completion is the end of 2013.
